The HOEM e-commerce site sells handcrafted products such as bags, belts, wallets, and other accessories in limited editions or one-of-a-kind pieces.
Products available for immediate purchase are listed in the SHOP section of the website.
Products in the ICONE HOEM section can only be purchased by reservation, but sales take place outside of the e-commerce site.
Customization and repair services are available exclusively at the physical location and not via the website.
3. Terms and Conditions of Sale
Purchases can be made by individuals and companies.

HOEM ships to Italy and abroad (please check for any restrictions).
The courier will be chosen based on the best available price. Shipping costs will be based on the destination area (Italy, Europe, rest of the world).
4. Shipping and Returns
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Shipping costs will be determined based on the destination and clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide a reason.
Returns are the customer’s responsibility.
The refund will be made only after the product has been received and verified for integrity.
Customized products upon request cannot be returned.
6. Warranty and Liability
HOEM products are handcrafted and may have small imperfections, which do not compromise the quality or uniqueness of the product.
A commercial warranty is not provided. However, each item is sold only in optimal condition.
If a product arrives damaged due to transport, the customer must report the problem within 24 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the damage. HOEM will evaluate whether to proceed with a refund or replacement.
Claims for damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or inadequate maintenance are not accepted.
7. Intellectual Property
The designs of the bags and accessories sold on HOEM are original and the result of the creativity of leather craftsman Marco Boni and designer Luca Manghi.
All site content (images, text, descriptions, graphics) is the property of HOEM and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
During the purchase process, HOEM collects the following personal data: name, surname, email, billing and shipping address, telephone number. This data is used exclusively to fulfill orders.
